Earthquake in Croatia
One of the strongest earthquakes to hit the Balkans in modern history occurred a few days ago in Croatia.
Seven people confirmed dead. The damage in Petrinja, the biggest city (population of around 25,000) in the affected area and surrounded villages, has been devastating. Petrinja looks like it was bombed, and thousands of people lost their homes.
